Great bunch of guys!

I have taken my cars here for a little over 3 years! I can`t say enough about this place! They are always so fast, courteous and truly helpful. I am technically "challenged" as it relates to the inner workings of cars, & they take the time to explain the issue without being pushy & usually can offer a couple of options to consider. I trust these guys & will only take my car here.

Love Them

I have been using Kwik Kar of Moore for all of my automotive needs for about 4 years now. I travel quite a bit in my line of work so I have to have my oil changed at least once a month. These guys are always quick, courteous, & proficient. Even when their are several cars waiting ahead of me for an oil change, I am always in and out within 20 minutes or so. I am always impressed by how clean their facility is, and I have no problem sending my wife, daughters or mom in to see them because I know they will be well taken care of. I have also had several major mechanical repairs completed here, and their technicians are always very knowledeable and their prices can not be beat!!! Do not ever use!

Like my money grows on trees!

DON?ˆ™T USE THIS BUSINESS! 1 star only becaus thats as low as it gets.I took my car to Kwik Kar with and obvious coolant leak, they determined it was the water pump, and they were correct. I ask for the estimate, agreed and left my car to be repaired. The next morning I get a call from Kwik Kar telling me they suspect my head gasket was blown. This was determined by some carbon test. I declined, based on the fact that I drive the car every day and haven added coolant until yesterday when the water pump started leaking. I drove from work to this Kwik Kar in Moore Ok and it was fine except for the leaking coolant. So they continued to change the water pump and gasket we originally agreed on. Later in the afternoon I was called again, I was told my fan was not working and the car was over heating, ?ˆ?Kinda?ˆ?. I said I would pick it up. I have recently changed the Radiator, Fan, Thermostat and thermo switch that turns the fan on. Needless to say the manager was short with me telling me it was mi problem., and wanted me to sign my receipt with a statement that says ?ˆ? customer advised of head gasket leak prior to service NO GUARANTEE/ WARRANTY on repairs. Vehicle running hot post serv cooling fan inop- cust advised . HAVE A GREAT DAY!?ˆ? I drove it home about 2 miles and the cooling fan was working just fine. I took it for about a 45 minute drive on the highway, surface streets and everything was great Temperature is fine. I don?ˆ™t know what to think, except that they were trying to fix problems that didn?ˆ™t exist. Like my money grows on trees. I do like to fix problems as they arise to prevent bigger problems, this cat is old and has high miles, but I take care of it and it takes care of me. Looks like they would take advantage of someone unsuspecting!
