Wheel Repair

I needed some work done on my wheel and asked around and was given Wheel Connections name. I was also told it was under new ownership and management. I took my wheel to them and they were nice. The repair was done in a timely manner and they did a great job. I also thought the pricing wasn`t too high or too low.I will go back to them if I need another repair. POOR POOR WORKMANSHIP

I`m an experiance painter and mechanic. So I know what i`m talking about. I recently had a new rim installed on my BMW. Well the rim popped off the tire machine while they where doing the R&R of the tire. This was a brand new 750 dollar BMW 550I. I didn`t want the kid to get stuck paying for it. SO I told them I`d get the rim refinished. It was$130 bucks at Wheel connection. It was 15 bucks worth of paint materials a... view morend MAYBE 2 hours of labor. So all in all Wheel connection had $30 bucks invested.. It took them two weeks to get this done and when I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up. It was done HALF ASSED. NOT only that. The rear part of the rim wasn`t even sprayed. 10 mins of extra work and the materials that they threw away could`ve covered it....I had them double check for OUT OF ROUNDNESS. and he said it was off a hair. SO they fixed it....(REMEMBER I SAID IT WAS A NEW RIM) Wheel they hit the rim and did a minor weld...CHECK my facebook and you`ll see what I mean.... The basecolor was shot thin and the clear is dry in some spots,Along with trash in the clear....MANNNNNNN I hate getting riped off..I knew I should`ve not sent it there when I saw all the other negitive post.......................
