NEVER AGAIN

We were quoted one price and charged another. Extremely poor service fro the owner who was rude, condescending, and deceptive. Our vehicle`s tires were covered in mud when we picked it up. Avoid this place at all costs.

I contacted Mike at Master Tech about having the transmission repaired in a 2002 Toyota Rav4 (I`d already received quotes from the local Toyota dealership and another mechanic). Unlike the others I`d contacted, Mike remembered that there was a service bulletin issued by Toyota on that particular model and that a dealership should be able to repair it at no cost. I went back to the dealership, they checked on it...and... view more then did the repair for free. As far as I`m concerned, Mike wins a lifetime customer service award because he could easily have taken my money and I`d have been none the wiser.

Avoid this transmission shop at all costs. The servicemen are misleading and rude. The service tech I dealt with named Mike is a liar. I had my car towed into the shop to have my transmission looked at. He initially explained to me that he would pull the transmission out to further diagnose what is wrong with it. He explained there is a charge for it I understood and agreed. What he failed to explained further was, t... view moreo put it back in the car if I decided to not have it repaired there would be an additional charge. He said I should have known that it would be an additional charge. Basically since I am not going to let them do the repairs I would have to pay them for taking it out and pick up my car in pieces. Also he initially told me the tow would be free but again since he did not clarify the tow charge was added to this.This shop took full advantage of me, especially since I am a woman. Do not, I repeat do not go to this shop to have transmission repair work or even have them look at it, hell they might secretly add charges for talking with them on the phone, they will mislead you and not tell you all the details up front.
