Had my engine replaced by them...

Had my engine replaced by them, the engine overheated because they forgot to reconnect a hose. 2000 miles later the car is blowing out smoke and they will not fix it. The service manager told me to not come back also.

We did our research online before we went in on a Saturday morning - and it was a great buying experience! A friendly gal approached us and asked if she could answer any questions about the 2012 model we were looking at. Two hours later, we were driving away in our new Camry. She was cool, the manager who greeted us during a short wait was cool, the finance lady was exceptional and the man who made sure we alway... view mores had water was funny. We purchased two vechicles a day apart, a brand new chevy pickup, then the next day a 2010 chevy malibu, we WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ANY HUDIBURG DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!!!!! We had the malibu less than 2 weeks and it was stolen we thought come to find out they wrongly repossessed it by mixing our paperwork up with another client that had the same lastname, they said they would make it right, 3weeks later finally they fin... view mored another malibu and we got screwed!!! They care nothing about return business, and if we hadnt already put a linex bedliner in our truck and had other accessories put on we would b returning it!!! We purchase new vechicles every 2 yrs and they will never have our business again!!!! If I could put MINUS STARS I WOULD!!!!!

Hudiburg Toyota Service is the Best

I have nothing but good things to say about the Hudiburg Toyota Service Department. They are helpful, thorough, timely, and most of all honest. They provide transportation and are very customer oriented. Their clients are important to them and it shows. Thanks to that whole group!!!
