We are repeat customers becaus...

We were repeat customers because we were very happy with their service....not this time. Called to make an appoinment at my house to fix a rock chip. Nobody showed up, so I had to call the next day and did not really get an answer or reason except "I dropped the ball". We scheduled another appointment for the next day but nobody showed up at the time we scheduled. Waited an hour but had to leave. Got a phone call fro... view morem the guy was at my house (over an hr late).After me telling him that I am not home anymore he wanted to schedule for the next day....No thanks! Did not want to take my chances for waiting on him a third time. Poor customer service! Never experienced this with them before but messing up two days in a row is enough for me to take my business somewhere else. Very dissapointed :-(

I called on a Saturday and they arrived in about 30 minutes and only took about 20 minutes to replace my windshield. They were also friendly. Finding friendly and affordable service is becoming more difficult to find these days. Will certainly call them again if I ever need such services in the future.

Excellent service! I called them at noon on a Friday, and they came to my house at 4pm on the same day. It only took about 25 minutes to replace the windshield. Also very competitive pricing. Definitely recommended.
