Best place ever!!!! William is the best sales guy. He was straight forward with us and helped us get the best deal. We didn`t have to fight for the price we wanted on our trade in. We got in and out in an hour and a half. We got to take the Murano for a couple of hours to make sure we liked it and most places won`t do that. William keeps in contacted with us to make sure we are doing okay with our car and if we are h... view moreaving any problems. Plus you can`t beat a year of free oil changes and tire rotations.

Be Careful!
We love Nissan, but when we were doing our financing with Bob Moore we specifically said more than once that we didn`t want the extended warrantly. The finance guy said OK without much fuss. It was late and we were all tired. When I looked at the paperwork again the next day I saw where he had added $2000 for extended warranty. After about 12 phone calls, speaking with 4 different people including finance manager... view more and 3 additional visits, we finally got the amount refunded (it took a couple months). You only have 30 days to protest - they refused to give us the cancellation papers for 28 days and until we threatened with a lawyer.

Redeemed
We had a bad experience with the purchase of our car in which we were promised TT&L but never received. After being passed around to a lot of different people, we were finally sent to the GM. He was extremely nice and understanding and helped us get the reimbursement we were expecting. He redeemed our bad view of the deal.
