I have worked at local shops for years.? Over and over again I kept seeing how the Customer was treated.? It wasn`t about how nice the communication was, that of course was great.? It was about how they were charged on their repair bill.? Over and over I saw charges for parts that were ordered for the vehicle on a guess, but upon some intensive diagnostic testing the parts were returned to the store.? Later on I found out the shop still charged for these parts and labor to install them which wasn`t the case.? I was taking the initiative to fix the real problem at hand.? The other shops wanted to make more money, I couldn`t do it any longer.? Hopefully now I can sleep at night as I don`t see how they can.? I want to pass that same initiative and drive onto you. Fixing things right the first time, and not just taking guesses at what the problem could be. ?
