Two of my tires kept losing ai...

Two of my tires kept losing air quickly, so I took my car to Goodyear Auto Service Center to have them check out my tires for me. The staff were very friendly!! One of the employees who worked the front desk said it would take about 30-45 minutes before they could check it out, which was fine with me. They actually ended up checking it out even sooner than the estimated time, not to mention I didn`t even have to wait... view more long. After finding the problem and fixing it, they didn`t even charge me! That was extremely nice of them. If you have tire problems I would recommend taking your car here. I can drive my car now without worrying about the air leaking quickly from the tires!

Biggest Mistake I`ve Made In a...

Biggest Mistake I`ve Made In a Long Time!! Took my car in to have a diagnostic to see why it was sputtering at stops.. They had my car from 10am until 3:30pm that afternoon, So I called to check up on the progress.. one guy says he knows the problem and will have some one call in a few minutes to give me a price on fixing it.. So, I wait and wait and wait some more.. hour in a half latter at 5pm I call back and some ... view moreone different answers the phone.. This time they don`t know what the problem is and now my fans don`t kick on for my radiator???? So, I say.. WHAT!! my fans worked when I took it to you?? They say we don`t!! So, I tell the guy to stop "trying to work on my car" I`m comming to pick it up! When I pick the car up I have more check engine lights on then when I took it in!! To make a long story short they broke our car worse then when I took it in to see what was wrong with it! Came home called the 800 number to complain.. they suggest I take it to the Goodyear on 11th st... So I did, now it`s Thursday evening.. I drop off the car, Friday afternoon at around 3:00pm (Arron from Goodyear) calls to give me the GREAT news that he doesn`t know what`s wrong with it either?? What!! ya`ll broke my car worse then when I took it in to get it looked at and they can`t even fix what they broke!! "Arron" tell`s me he can`t trace down the problem because it`s an electrical problem and the reason it sputters could be from the timing belt but they don`t do that kind of work there?? Once again I`m in aaawwww!! Goodyear has 2 master mechanics they came from (Aubrey) before they closed down, my brother used to work with them!! So, Goodyear is full sh*t!! They could fix it they just didn`t want to!! Took my car to (Milo Gordon) yes, the dealership!! They fixed it in less then 6 hours and I paid less then $200 bucks.. They cleared out the bad codes and updated my system and the sputtering stoped, they pluged my fan back in on the bottom because someone unpluged it "Goodyear"!! Anyway, My car runs great now!!! DO NOT USE GOODYEAR!!!!! They treat you good but they don`t know what they are doing when it come to car repair.

From Florida visiting family a...

From Florida visiting family at Ft Sill and picked up a nail in tire. Went to Goodyear on 11th Street and lady was on the phone back and forth and never spoke or acknowledged me, after waiting for 3-4 minutes she looked up and asked if she could help and I told her I was from out of state and had a tire that was leaking air and needed it repaired. It was 10:30 am and she told me they could not take any more cars in f... view moreor the day...he (the mechanic) was full for the day. Really, I saw one car and no one was working on anything in the shop. Terrible attitude and customer service. I found a FIRESTONE Tire store and they patched my tire and had me on the road in 35 minutes!! DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS GoodYear STORE!!!
