Bought a 2013 Altima. Salesmen were awesome until the paperwork was signed then it was terrible. Told me my car would be ready the next day showed up and waited. Went to eat and shop came back.. waited. Waited. 8 hrs after the time they told me I jhad my new car. No detail and no gas. Had to throw a fit to get those. 3 months later my car started having trouble. Took it to the mechamics they had my car 3 weeks! They ... view morehad to replace my bearings. Finally got it back and had to immediately take it back. They had put the dust cover on wrong when replacing bearings! Also an air sensor was messed up. Just got my car back again after another week. Let`s see how long it`s good for now.

I highly recommend this dealer...
I highly recommend this dealership for its incredibly friendly service department in addition to their huge selection of new and pre-owned Nissans. Really great dealership!

Watch out for the service depa...
Watch out for the service department. They no longer have a Master mechanic but charge master mechanic prices. The worst part is that the mechanics they have don`t know what they are doing. When a mechanic fails to secure a tire that is bad. And then to lie to the customer and say it just wasn`t sitting correctly. Or to tighten an emergency brake so that it is always engaged is beyond belief. The return rate f... view moreor serviced vehicles there is extremely high. And hopefully you don`t need parts ordered. Half of the time they forget to order them or use them for someone else and then use the excuse that the part is back ordered. There is a different price for parts depending on who the customer is, the excuse there is that they need to make up for missing inventory so the parts people change the markup when they feel like it and this is what Dan Mullins himself wants them to do.

No pressure
I came to this dealership because it had the selection I was looking for.I`m very pleased in how thy assisted us in purchasing our vehicle. They did not pressure me into anything and let me make my own decisions. The rest of the staff was very nice as well.

Fantastic... They were extreme...
Fantastic... They were extremely friendly and they worked with me on the price. Everyone there was extremely friendly and very nice. They wanted me to get the car I wanted. They didn`t try to sell me something I didn`t want. I was very surprised at how classy the dealership was.... great service dept
Service was great as always. The service department is very organized, on time and thorough in completing all their services. I always receive an email and a phone call reminder regarding upcoming appointments. Everybody is very cordial when I arrive at the dealership. Service is completed in a very timely manner so I always know that it`s ""not"" going to interrupt the rest of my day.

Very very pleased with the ser...
Very very pleased with the service,very helpful in giving information about the cars I wanted to test drive. Felt no pressure at all, very friendly. The second time I was there was to finalize my decision as to which car I wanted to get.It was my first time buying a brand new car so I was very nervous, cautious, hesitant..But they really helped me through the whole ordeal!!
