NEVER USE TONY`S TIRE SERVICE 7200 S 28th Street Fort Smith, AR. They are scam artist trying to rip people off. My dad has a pick up truck that only has 65 thousand miles on it. It has never been ridden rough or been on dirt roads. He went in for a simple tire alignment. They came out and told him that his front end was basically falling apart. They said that all 4 ball joints were loose and that the tie rod ends wer... view moree about to fall out. They proceeded to shake the front end around and tell him how dangerous it was to be driving it like that. They started using scare tactics and told him that if one of those fell out, that he would have no control and would end up killing an innocent family etc... They gave him a bill for $1,059 and kept insisting that he get it fixed before he left because it was too dangerous to drive. My dad knew that there was nothing wrong with his truck so he told them no. He immediately took his vehicle to two other places that checked it out and told him that there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with his vehicle. The other two places honestly told him that it was slightly out of balance and needed an alignment but that there was no mechanical issues. Tony`s tire also is cheating people by not giving them their warranties on the tires they buy. My dad bought Cooper tires from them. Cooper tires are suppose to come with a warranty book and be registered with the company. My dad never got his warranty book and when he went back to get new tires, they ripped him off on how much they prorated the tires. TONY`S TIRES tried to treat my dad like a senile old man. I am sure they probably do this to all old people, women and teens...anyone they think they can scare into getting unnecessary work done. TONY`S TIRE SERVICE IN FORT SMITH SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR LYING & TRYING TO CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. PLEASE SHARE THIS AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY.
