I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle I had looked at several times on their lot. They were all about the sale until I pointed out that the car had more miles than they had be advertising on the Internet site. Thy became kinda defensive at this time. When I went back to make a deal with them, they took it upon themselves to call my personal banker and find out my loan amount with out my permission. They th... view moreought cause it was a home town deal they could do that! Then when I showed them cars that were very competitive with the car they were trying to sale me but with better pricing but my only hold back was the fact that I didn`t keep my business local they tried and tried to make me are why their car was worth this much. My family has done business with Gene Smith for years and the owner of Smith Family Nissan did not even seemed concerned that he was losing a long time customer. At all cost I would avoid using this dealership. I am a hometown customer who would not use them and not recommend them to my worst enemy!!

We live about 2 hours away from this dealership. My husband had been searching for a very specific truck. We found the truck at Smith Family Nissan, called the dealership with some questions and spoke with Zac Sandoval. We asked the condition of the truck which he replied it was in immaculate condition with NO problems what so ever. We drove the 2+ hours to look at the truck. We take the truck for a test drive and fi... view morend that the truck is extremely dirty, had not been detailed, had scratches (paint missing), and the check engine light was on!! So we asked Zac if he knew why the light was on, he stated he did not and they would take it to a nearby dealership to find out. So we waited about 2 hours for them to get back with the truck they say its something with the emissions and they will take to part off the price of the truck. They then say they will detail the truck (don`t know why this wasn`t already done since we gave them a 2-day notice that we were coming to look at the truck). After another hour of waiting we signed the paperwork and think were ready to leave. They then leave to go put gas in the truck which takes another 25+ minutes. They state that the previous owner has the extra set of keys and they will be mailed to us within a week. Not even a week of owning the truck passed and we had to replace the battery. We had not received the keys even 3 weeks after purchase. I called the dealership and Zac Sandoval answers the phone, was extremely RUDE, and all but refused to put a manager on the phone. My husband called back several days later and spoke with Zach Zachary (manager) who stated "I know Zac can be rude sometimes". Well more than a month after the purchase we just received the keys. Throughout the process Zac Sandoval told us several times he would call us back... to which we never heard from him. WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. If you do choose this dealership AVOID ZAC SANDOVAL at all costs!!!
