Twice I have been there, and no deal was made, after being told everything would work out. Nothing against anyone, just shameful practices. I was going to get a 2013 Ford F-150 XLT. I got approved for it from the finance dept., but yet I get a letter from Ford and Tinker stating I was denied credit. Then, on my second trip, the truck I was looking at got sold, even though I filled out the paperwork for it, two days p... view morerior. From there, never again. I do not trust the finance dept.

NEVER BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE....

NEVER BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE.!!! We drove an SUV. I asked the safety rating and the guy told us it was 5 star. When I got out the sticker said 3 star. I told him how much monthly payment I wanted. When we got back to finance (AFTER WAITING 3 HOURS) they told us we were approved and presented us with a payment $130.00 over what I asked. Topping it off, the following week we went to another dealership and he lo... view moreoked up our credit.......we had been denied. This dealership LITTERALLY LIED to us telling us we had been approved. They are terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone and whatever you do, do not believe what they tell you. THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. And made us wait for hours and still lied..........BAD BAD BAD BAD PLACE.!

Stay away from this place.

I bought my wife a car there it was a Lincoln MKX and the transmission started slipping, they told me that the transmission need a update, cost $200 and still not fixed they also kept the vehicle for a day and did not attempt to work on it, there was also another unsatisfied customer there during the time we were there and she said she has always had problems with these people.
