When I initially bought the 2010 Ford Escape from Reynolds I was pleased with their service. But now I have a few problems with the car and, after paying an extra 2700 dollars, the warranty plan is absolutely awful. Not to mention there service department is at best, pathetic. Honestly, please save yourself and DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS HORRIBLE MANAGERS, A HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SHOULD BE TURNED INTO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU

Time to waste
If you have time to waste i would most defiantly get my oil changed here! i went in for what seemed simple and what every car owner gets done, An oil change! Now i have had my oil changed on my 04 Mazda 3 many time before and i have allways expected that it should take 15-45 min to get done. NOT 2 hours and 30 minuntes! Then when i placed my concern with lenght of time i had been waiting i was told by 3 of the empoly... view moreee`s that they do handle customer complaints that i had to call a 1-800 number and by me saying that everyone up there was rude, unprofessional and non customer friendly is an understatemant. so one star is more than generous. so if you have over 2hrs to wait on an oil change this is the place for you. As for me, i have never been back since and get my oil changed somewhere else in less 30 min everytime!
