This is Mrs. Miller of Mustang, I had to take my Expedition for repairs and these guys really went above and beyond. I BEEN USING FERGUSON BUICK GMC SINCE 1999 WHEN I BOUGHT A GMC PICKUP, SINCE THEN I`VE BOUGHT TWO MORE BUICK LACROSSE. I have used Fergusons Service department for several cars. Always excellent results. Take time to listen to your needs and they provide a professional level of maintenance. I WILL BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM THEM.

The service department is the worst. Not only did they order the wrong parts... they also waited 3 hours to tell me as I waited there!

These Guys Rock!!

Being a girl, it was intimidating to look for a car by myself. I stopped into Ferguson`s used car lot just to look and see if they treated me like I knew what I was doing. I met Larry Wilson and he took the time to find out what I needed a car to do. He then showed me a low mile Chevy Cobalt that was a perfect fit. parts department is great but don`t go up front

Beware! If you are looking for a new car this is one of those ""how much do you want to pay each month"" places. No matter what your question is, the front line salesperson will want you to come to the office for an answer. You want to see how it is supposed to be done go to Primeaux Kia in Tulsa because that is where we finally would up. They were always helpful and professional, and, they treat you like a grownup! But, I just cannot abide a car dealership where they insist on controlling your car purchase process. It must work with some people or otherwise they wouldn`t do it, but if you just want your questions answered, and time to make your own decision don`t bother with this place. imho2u
