In 35+ years of dealing with auto dealers of all types in three different states, South Pointe Chevrolet of Tulsa has proven to be the worst of the lot. Not sure if they are incompetent, grossly negligent to details or just plain crooked.... could be all three.
Buyers and sellers both should beware of doing business with this outfit.

You could sell bottled water for those of us who do not drink soda. Other than that... your dealership lacks nothing. I have only had service work done three times. They greet you and seem very interested in taking care of each situation in a timely manner. I would not even think of taking my vehicle to any other dealership. Thank you very much for your professionalism.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the service dept. at all levels. I have to admit... I had misgivings when Saturn shut down... as to where I could go to get that same high quality of service that I always received from them [I never had anyone else service my Saturn for the entire 15 years I had my first one]. When I received the news that you would be the new authorized Saturn service people I hoped you ... view morewould be good. Wonderful
One thing I loved about taking my car in to the Saturn dealer for maintenance was having it washed and vaccumed as a part of the service. South Pointe has continued the washing service but not the vacuuming. I really wish they would add this to their routine. It is wonderful--and I believe would bring real satisfaction to their customers (as it alway did for me at the Saturn dealership).Thanks for timely service t... view morehis time.

Great overall
My overall experience was great. Whenever the salesman brought me my payment quote I did ask what interest rate would be. He was unable to answer my question. I would prefer to know what my rate is. Interest rates directly affect my payment and let me know how good of a ""deal"" I`m getting.
