Reviews:

We have been using sanport for 2 years and they give a great service at great price. The technicians are great nothing against them. Thinking we would get the same this time we went there to get some body work done and I had a terrible experience with the new office lady at Sanport. We had to take our car three to get an estimate. For the first two visits she said she has no time and will call but never did. We ask... view moreed her "Why didnt you call" and she started yelling "I have so much work I lose track, you should have called. I lost your number. And few things in her native language loudly. She literally yelled as if its our fault. I walked off but she continued. I had to talk to her to stay in her limits and talk properly first. I do not think she got that. This is not how your office staff should be. I miss the previous lady she was a gem. I like other people at sanport and they are really good. So stay away from her.

Sanport Auto
Yesterday I brought my car in to be worked on because every I time I put it in reverse, my car made the strangest sound. It wasn`t a grinding sound or medal on medal so I wasn`t too worried, but I wanted to get it checked out just in case since my car is over 10 years old now. The staff behind the counter that work in the front were very nice, and made me feel more comfortable. I usually avoid dealing with my car be... view morecause it`s usually expensive or takes up a lot of time, but I didn`t waste my day like my past experience and enjoyed talking with the people there. They checked my car and said that my rear brakes were really low and that I was in need of new ones. I was so pleased with the honesty and that it wasn`t too expensive. Also they are expanding the location and making a new waiting room which I thought was nice. Usually people want to do things to improve it for themselves and give the workers nicer furniture or something, however I liked that at Sanport they are trying to improve and make things better for the waiting customer. I am confident that I will always take my car there.

Broken Arrow`s Best Auto Repair
I had my wife take our car to Sanport recently, and I have to say that she was so pleased with the way they treated her and with the work they did with the vehicle. She kept going on and on when she got home that I had to write a review. What had happened was our check engine light came on and so me not knowing where to go, I told my wife to go to Autozone to have them scan it and take a look at it. Autozone was... view more able to tell her what the light was on for, but they couldn`t do anything to help her fix the problem at their store. Can`t blame them, they`re not a repair shop. They did however refer her to a shop they recommend, and that was probably the best recommendation we have ever gotten as far as auto repair. She said that the staff was incredibly friendly and she felt very comfortable and at ease. She was worried that they would take advantage of her because she was a woman, but immediately found out that they were trustworthy and honest. I was especially impressed when I saw the bill. I had called some other places to see what they would charge and they charged roughly 40% more than what we paid at Sanport. They`re affordable and they do good work. They even cleaned her car for her before she left, which I thought was a nice touch. All the reviews for Sanport on here are very positive, and I`d gladly confirm them. I`m sold on Sanport and if anyone I know ever has any trouble or needs to service their vehicle, I`ll be sure refer them to this establishment.

Sanport Auto in Broken Arrow
I have taken all of my cars to Sanport for over 10 years now. I wouldn`t take my car to anywhere else and know that they are the most helpful of people in all of Tulsa. The entire staff who works in the front is always nice and honest about the work to be done. I have gone there for so many years now that I feel like I am friends with everyone and trust them entirely with their services. I have referred many people t... view morehere and am happy to continue doing so. I respect honest hard work and good people who provide it which is why I will always take any vehicle I have to Sanport Auto Service in Broken Arrow, and hope that everyone else does the same!

I had a very extraordinary experience with Sanport. My husband was deployed in Iraq last October 2011 for two months and as a new driver who just got her license everything for me is real tough. My friends who experienced the Sanport care and service convinced me to give it a try to Sanport. Hopeless as I was from what we experienced from &*&*%%^, I never hesitated to try the Filipino Service. Indeed, it was an AWESOME experience because without delay, Sanport send me a towing service for free and had brought our car under their care. Before they made any repair, Sanport discuss to me the condition of the car and how much we are going to spend for the repair. In fact, I was surprise that the costing was more half of the price of what we spent previously from a certain "national service shop". Sanpot tore the engine after I gave them the permission and they advise me what`s best and practical to do. The head engine was repaired and the head gasket was replaced as well as the fan. I was checking too on net about the pricing for our car repair and I was happy to know that Sanport `s charging was not too pricey. When the car was fully repaired and started to be in best condition, one of their staff, drove the car to our place. It was clean and shiny that I hardly recognize it. Just last January 21-25 we drove the car from Tulsa, Cincinnati , Chicago, Great Lakes , Round Lakes and back to Tulsa with no issue of OVERHEATING which was our primary problem the first time we brought it to that bloody *&&%^%%%$%^$ famous national service shop. I can personally recommend Sanport without hesitation because it once help me at a time my husband was at active Service. Two thumbs up for Sanport. Thank you Sanport for giving me too a free towing card and a service warranty for a year when we have to drive state to state and experience some problem. We never used that card yet because you exactly know what you are doing. My husband who is black American, says.... " I wish I have known Sanport earlier."

Best Auto Service in Town!!!!!
Sanport is by far the best Auto Service company that I have ever been to. The entire staff is welcoming and makes you feel important and cared for. I have had my oil change and tires rotated many times, had new brakes put in and had my new tires put on at Sanport. Everyone is nice and helpful, very honest with you about what is best for your car and really cares. I highly recommend Sanport and hope that everyone in t... view morehe Tulsa and Broken Arrow area goes to Sanport for all of their car needs...there is no where else better to go. My entire family gets their cars serviced at Sanport now and everyone in my family is pleased and happy. I am so glad I found them because I will never go anywhere else... Roxxyroxx - I am sorry you had a bad experience, I know that every person/place can have it`s bad day...so I bet you just went there on an off day. I hope you go back because I have been there multiple times and honestly wouldn`t go anywhere else. Even my mom and sister go and we all agree that our cars are always properly serviced and the staff that works there is really nice and friendly. Thanks for reading!

Sanport Auto
I visited this place last year to get my A/C charged and was advised that it would be $49.95 for the service. After I was there for two hours I was advised that my compressor on the A/C is bad and that I also needed my radiator hose replaced immediately and if they repaired it I would be looking at over $400.00 in repair. I went to leave and the lady got rude and said I owed the $49.95 still because they had their be... view morest mechanic working on it and it wasn`t their fault my compressor was broken so I did pay them. Come to find out my compressor was not bad and neither was the radiator hose she rudely tried to get me to replace right then. I also heard her insulting other customers both to the mechanics as well as to me. She was yelling at someone on the phone about how they found another issue that needed to be fixed and gave a new cost for repair insisting it needed to be done, and told the caller that because she likes to do things the cheap way and that`s the reason the last place messed it up, and she can go somewhere else and be cheap and get ripped off again. She then commented to me about how amazing it is that people want to be cheap but still expect things to be fixed properly and that it doesn`t work that way. It was just a horrible experience with rude people. I called to get a quote on replacing a wheel bearing which I already have the bearing for. I was told that they could do it but the price they quoted included the price for the alignment because when you replace a wheel bearing you have to do an alignment. I know that this is not the case and confirmed it with another mechanic and of the 8 shops I called they were the only ones who said this. I think they are the type of place that will always find an additional issue with your car to get more money. They are one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with or talked to. I think they should be investigated. I also think to the people who don`t know anything about cars, like they assumed I wouldn`t, should get a second opinion when told they need to replace additional items on their car. I was one of 3 customers on the one occasion I went that had additional issues wrong with their car and the lady who runs it yelled at all 3 of us. There was 1 customer there that seemed to have a good experience though.

Sanport Auto Service
Sanport Auto Service in Broken Arrow is an auto repair service that I would recommend to anyone. They are always there when I need them which has been a lot lately. I can bring my vehicles in at anytime, they give me a ride home, call me with an estimate (very reasonable labor and parts), and then pick me up. They treat me like family and I have just been using them for about a year. I know other people that als... view moreo have had excellent results with this company. They will be my mechanics from now on. I know they are honest and are trying to help me.
