Best Service Ever

First I`d like to say I never take my vehicle into shops, I always do my own work. But after pulling out my transmission and realizing I was in over my head, I brought it to Glen. I dropped off my transmission at near the shop closing time and the next day Glen had already tore down the transmission and identified the problems, which were bad enough to need a whole new transmission. Glen went out of his way to find m... view moree a transmission and had it rebuilt by the following day all for under $1000. Although I pulled the transmission out myself and put it back in myself Glen offered/encouraged me to bring it by his shop the next day so he could inspect and adjust my install for no additional charge. If you are looking for a fair deal and all around honest service, this is the shop for you. I will never go to anyone else for my drivetrain needs.

Central Transmission & Auto - FANTASTIC!!!

Our 2002 Honda Odyssey`s transmission had been acting-up for a while - knowing that it would be a rather expensive repair. When it finally got to the point where it needed to be fixed, Glenn and his staff went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and at a fair price. I was moving from OKC to Ohio....

I was moving from OKC to Ohio. Driving my Honda Odyssey, towing my Jeep Cherokee in the 110 degree weather (Don?ˆ™t try this at home; not good for Odyssey!). Needless to say that about 60 miles into my 875 mile journey and I had toasted my transmission. This could possibly be the worst day of my life. After a call to the auto club for a tow, and some quick Smartphone research, I came across the guys at Central Tran... view moresmission (they came highly recommended). These guys went above and beyond for customer service! They gave me food and water. They helped me find a U-Haul truck to finish my trip. They drove me to get the U-Haul, and helped me load my stuff into it from the van. They fixed my transmission (and also an engine mount) for way cheaper than the Honda shop quoted. They even picked me up from the airport when I flew back to Tulsa to get the van just a week later! Bottom line: These guys turned what could have been a terrible, terrible week into the best experience I?ˆ™ve ever had with any auto shop. My van is now shifting sharp, and I am smart enough not to tow anything with it again (yes even with the ?ˆ?towing package?ˆ™, still not a good idea!). Best Service in Town!

I am always fearful of auto mechanics for fear that I might get cheated. However, these guys got me in as soon as I called, and they had the best price in town. They were so courteous, too!! They are the real thing. Great service at a great price! I won`t take my car anywhere else!!!

Transmission repair

I am always leery of auto mechanics for fear of getting a bad deal. Glen was very courteous and upfront in telling me about my cars problem (transmission rebuild). He assured me it could be repaired and gave me a quote. When I went to pick up the car the price was exactly as quoted and the car runs great. Glen and his team were very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Great Transmission Shop

I was traveling on vacation with my family when my vehicle`s transmission completely broke near Tulsa. We were a long way from home. I called Central Transmission and spoke to Glen. He arranged for a tow truck and had his staff check out our vehicle right away. I do most of my own work on my vehicles so I suspected the transmission would need to be rebuilt or replaced. Glen had one of his staff drive me and my family to a rental car facility so we could return home while the repairs were made. I checked around the DFW area, and the price Glen quoted me was less than anywhere I checked. When I picked up my newly repaired vehicle, the price was the same that I had been quoted by Glen (no unexpected add-ons). It has been a couple months since Central Transmission fixed my vehicle and it is driving like new.

Central Transmission was courteous, professional, honest, and fair. We were stranded far from home and they could have taken advantage of that situation, but they treated us right. Needless to say, I recommend Central Transmission without hesitation.

Central Transmission & Auto Repair

I recently had my transmission rebuilt at Central Transmission. I usually do not take time to do reviews, however I had to share my experience. Glen was very friendly from the first phone call on Wednesday. I took my car in the same day to have a diagnostic ran, which was FREE by the way.
