BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE

This lady is awful. She won`t answer her phone she will not return messages...she is dishonest about the day it will be done. Changes her story and her price quotes when you do call. After calling her 17 times in a row with no answer. Finally figured out if I blocked my # (*67) she answers. So she purposely avoids me. Drove 4 hrs to come get my car after she said its done and that she will take a credit card and she ... view morerefuses to give me my car and take that form of payment bc I told how awful her customer service was...now it`s cash only??? Are u kidding me!!! Asked for all my old parts that she "supposedly" replaced after doing a rebuild kit got 4 parts back. Crooked crooked woman. Went to police department only to hear its a civil matter!! Where are my rights!! And who in their right mind refuses payment and doesn`t return a car??? BEWARE!! Worst $3000 lesson/mistake ever. :/

I wouldn`t suggest them to my worst enemy

First of all my truck breaks down out of state Weatherford ok was closest place to where I broke down I call around and come across this place she sound all nice and says they will out it out that week for 1500 too 2000 grand at the worst so I thought that be alright so I had it towed there... Week goes by no call so I call them and they said they have it done tomorrow. so no call next day, so I call and they tell me... view more the same thing for another week tomorrow tomorrow and it never happen. Then they finally call me and said be done by that day almost month later but wait they had a problem the torque conver was wrong so I had to wait another week... Then I get there and telle me I needed a flex plate 300 buck ( probably cause they forgot to tighten the bolts it egg shaped the bolt holes) 3000 bucks later I get my truck by now I just don`t care I just need a vehicle . So here less then a year and just got out of warranty for trans on mileage it`s broke down once again but ill never take it tooo them ever again don`t make the same mistake I did

In December 2012 my transmission went out of my 2008 Ford F350 and I took it to SW. They fixed it with heavy duty parts and it works better then ever before. My wifes Tahoe needed a transmission in march 2013 so we went back and again they did an excellent job. I have had very bad experience with other transmission shops in Clinton and Elk City. Used them 3 times in the past ...

Used them 3 times in the past for their business of moving. Southwest Movers. Every other time they did a great job. This last move a week ago, they sent the back up crew, in a small truck when they knew we had 3 bedrooms to move and had a big u-haul to use, and the guys moved at a snail`s pace and they tried to charge us for every minute of it. Call someone else if you are moving into or out of Weatherford. Owner told me those were her best guys too. Woiuld hate to pay for the &amp;quot;B&amp;quot; crew!! They couldn`t even move the refrigerator into the kitchen, left it in the garage and then blamed my wife for not doing anything when I was at work and hired them so we wouldn`t have to lift anything. After hearing this, my wife wanted to know if she was supposed to wipe the movers` asses too. Sorry moving company would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
