Purchased a tahoe from them and we were told by our salesman that they were giving us what we owed on the loan for our trade-in. It was late in the evening so everyone was rushed and our 3 month old was screaming and ready to leave. My husband signed all the necessary paperwork and we went on our way. When going over it they DID NOT give us what we owed on our loan and just tacked the extra $4500 onto the new car loa... view moren. When we went to call them out on telling us a huge lie they said there was nothing they could do because we signed the paperwork. They also didn`t have the keyless entry fob so they said they would give us one no problem and we could pick it up the next day. When we went to pick it up they told us it would be an additional $186 for the key fob! Completely dishonest! We have bought many vehicles and this was by far our worst experience! Save yourself a lot of heartache and purchase elsewhere. Definitely not the way business should be conducted!

PLEASE< do not buy a car from...

PLEASE< do not buy a car from this place. We just moved back to Claremore after being in the Airforce for 15 years. We bought a car and the price was supposed to be $16000. When we signed the paperwork it said $16749, we asked why the difference and were told by the salesman S@#cy and the finance person it was paperwork fees. We had no idea what the fees were since we had never bought a car in Oklahoma before. Th... view moree next day, we were told to come back that we forgot to sign a paper. Went back signed the paper. Today I received paperwork from the credit union showing ANOTHER price. What they submitted to the bank was $17,511. I have called and one person will answer and just pass me off to the next person. They are dishonest and will not help you if there is a problem. They cashed my $2000 down payment as well. Monday I will be visiting an attorney. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I will be filing every complaint I can get my hands on . Sad thing is, the salesman said he was prior military and would never screw over a fellow military member, yet thats EXACTLY what he did. Too small of a town to be crooked and dishonest. I have all the text message from the salesman too, thats the sad thing. In this day and age, if your going to screw someone over atleast have the brains to not TEXT IT!
