Reviews:
The worst dealership we`ve ever used. I wish we had read the reviews first. We have been lied to, hung up on, and ignored. We have bought many cars over the years and this was the worst experience ever. John C. turned his back on us after he got the sale, Justin told us he was a sales manager and this was not true as we found out, Terrence was rude and hung up on me. Absolutely a nightmare. We were promised the... view morey would fix the outside mirror on the used truck we bought. We have not been able to get anything done. No one will return a call. We have even drove all the was from Stillwater to talk face to face and were told many lies. We are so upset over this and don`t want this to happen to someone else. This dealership is never going to get our business again. I will tell all my Doctor and nurse friends and co-workers and all my husbands Firefighter brothers never to deal with Joe Cooper. As I write this I am waiting on a return call from Richard. I don`t expect him to call back either. No one does anything they say they will do. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

NEVER GO HERE FOR MAITENANCE O...
NEVER GO HERE FOR MAITENANCE OR SERVICE! We took our new truck here for an oil change. When we came to pick it up there were scratches on the door. We confronted the person and told them those were not there when we dropped off our vehicle. We even had the paper that they marked any scratches or dents when we brought it in, nothing was marked, since there werent any. My husband was furious and the person would do not... view morehing. We spoke to the manager and he said he would fix it, he suggested the car wash may have done it. SO we bring it and drop it off to be fixed on the day they tell us to. A couple hours later they call us and tell us they will not fix it. The manager changed his mind. WHAT?? That is horrible business. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

First off, I would definitely ...
First off, I would definitely not come here for any business. I am writing this not out of anger, but out of wanting people to understand that these people in all that they do are snakes. I bought a 08 F-150 from them last January 2011. As soon as I drove the vehicle out of the lot the brakes were not working properly. When I would brake, the steering wheel would shake terribly. So I took it back to them to tell them... view more that something was wrong with the brakes in the truck. They tried to make me pay for them not inspecting or making the vehicle safe before putting it out for sale on the lot. So the salesman helped us get brakes on the truck for free, and rightly so. But that tells me that they don`t care about someone`s safety as long as they get their money. November 2011, I have had some electrical issues with my truck. Everything from bumper to bumper is covered from my warranty, or so they say. So I tried to take my truck into them in December, they tell me they would not be able to get to it until a week. I was going out of town for that next week so I decided to wait until now. March 2012, I take my truck into them to get some small warranty work done on it. The light on my mileage screen works half the time I use it and won?ˆ™t work properly, the window won?ˆ™t roll up on the first try when I push the button. Some caution light comes on in my truck. So I take it to them and tell them about all of this stuff. It turns out that I have more things wrong with this truck than this. They said I need a new odometer, fuel pump, battery, window motor, and sensor for the odometer. Holy crap, I have had the vehicle for less than a year and all of this stuff is needed, this tells me that they sold me a terrible truck that had problems with it. They sold me a vehicle that they only rigged up instead of fixing the parts properly. So my truck is in the shop for all of this. Matt- was a jerk and extremely rude person who is a snake. I have had my truck in overnight and Matt calls me the next morning and tells me my truck was dead in the bay area that he could fix it because it was the battery (which is not the problem, and worked perfectly fine before I took it in) was dead. He offered to replace the battery for me, I told him no. So I came up there to fix the battery myself and when I found my truck it was parked in the parking lot. I got my keys and started my truck right up, that fool lied to me. He lied to me to try and con me by paying them more money on working on my truck. My battery was perfectly fine and working perfect. So I bought a battery to take up there and put it in, and my old battery was perfect. This is the second time he has lied to me. The first time he lied to me was by telling me that my warranty company was not going to cover a certain thing, I called them the next day to ask what type of coverage that I had and they said that I had their best coverage that was offered. I asked if they would cover the part that was in my paper work (which Matt said they would not cover) and the warranty rep told me that they would. These people are a bunch of liars and cheaters. I would not even go near this place! If you want a good deal and people to be honest and trustworthy I would not come to this place. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

RIP OFF!!
Total nightmare... I too was told that I was approved, led to believe that I qualified for anything on the lot, then when the day came to exchange money and I`d picked a few cars I`d like to test drive I was informed that THEY choose what you test drive. After test driving several vehicles, none of which even remotely satisfied my taste, I told them there was in fact numerous other lots who would be glad to sell me ... view moremore what I was looking for. Then miraculously they found a truck more to my liking. It was a mistake to have shown my thrill at finally seeing something I`d actually enjoy driving... I settled on it quickly since I`d already been there all day and been dealing with the lot for over two weeks. I left with a ""WE OWE"" list. When it was time to get the repairs the salesman was ruthless and at one point I overheard him telling another guy that he was about tired of dealing with me. The only silver lining to this is the truck will be an awesome truck when the mechanic gets finished fixing all the issues... at Joe Coopers expense of course. So, I`d actually say ""RUN, DONT WALK.... AWAY far away in the other direction""!

VERY DISHONEST!!!
I can`t believe the way we where treated. We go in and they act like they are our best friend and tell us how they are changing there dealership. ""They are weeding out bad employee`s"". I am here to say, they have some more weeding to do. They told me they would trade my car for a truck I really wanted. It was suppose to be a straight across trade. The salesman said we had a deal, shook my hand on it. I was so ex... view morecited and was so happy. He then said we had to do paper work. So I went in to sign the papers. A few minutes later he comes in and informs me I have to come up with $2000 and will have a payment of $295.00/month for 36 months. They are liers and will try to cheat you! They make a deal with you and then back out of it. Don`t trust them!!!

Bad on all levels
I recently went to joe cooper ford for their special by here pay here program ...this was the worst experience I ever had first of all they approved us for a car.and as we get ready to.sign the.final.paper work ,now keep in mind when u buy a new car all u.have to do is have your insurance company bind the car and fax over a verification or u just add it on your own time.long.as you are approved you are approved...wel... view morel their sales man slithered next to me with a card from a local mwc farmers.agent that he is incahoots with and wanted me to start a brand new policy with.this agent before I took the car off the lot...i was appalled I told him my agent was in norman and I have a multi policy situation and that I do not deal with any but my agent...well needlesd to say the deal was off ..so then he says ok just add the car and have them fax me reluctantly I said ok, so I called my agent and told him what they tried to do he said this is one of the latest scams between crooked auto dealerships and desperate insurance agents is to force sale additional policys and then the sales man gets 100.00 per force policy.this is against the law...well after I found this out I was ready to back out but my spouse was writting out the check so as my spouse handed him the check he told my spouse.Cash.only at that point I lost it the deal was off and I let them know just were to go I have bought many cars in my time who carrys 1000.00around in cash this day and age? But if u cannot take.a.check for down payment your business must be in trouble . I have worked for a few companies and when u are on a cash only basis bankruptcy is usually some where in your future....please stay away from this place.

Service department tried to scam me!
I brought my car in for service knowing EXACTLY what needed to be done. I have had problems with my serpentine belt on my 2003 Ford Taurus for five years. Easy peasy right? WRONG! After waiting for TWO hours for the courtesy driver to take me back to work the service tech called to tell me the didn`t get to a chance to get to my car that day.
After scrambling to rent a car I talked to the service tech (I think he ... view morehad ADD)and he informed me they could not find the problem and were going to add a dye to the car because it was a leak. Pcked the car up drove it one day then returned it on Tuesday. They called within an hour to tell me they had found the leak and it would cost $900+ to replace the A/C compressor because it had a leak! WTF a serpentine belt w/labor is $130. I said no thanks picked the car up and took it to another mehcanic.
I`m sure we can all guess what happened huh? That`s right folks I paid a small shop $85 dollars to replace the bely and viola! No more screeching noise! Joe Cooper`s Service department sucks! I will never go back and I want them to stop sending me junk mail too.

They are a scam!
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership!!!! We were told that we were approved and we were purchasing a vehicle to build our credit. Then the ""approval"" changed to a ""conditional approval"". It then changed to ""only approved on certain vehicles"". Then, it changed to ""those vehicles are sold"". Then, it changed to ""yeah the bank gave you an approval but they are adding a fee on so la... view morerge that no vehicle on the lot will work""!!!! The ""build your credit loan"" is a SCAM!!!!! So, we heard all the excuses above, so they could get out of paying the $1,000 or any other gimmicks they were doing this week!! Not to mention, that we couldn`t even get CHAD to call us back (two weeks now)!Every time we have talked to him, it has been US calling him, because he knows Joe Cooper is doing a scam! Please!!!! If you are truly needing to rebuild your credit and need a car or truck, go somewhere else!!!!!
