Be careful going to this dealership. Over the few years we`ve tried buying a car there, the sales people there seem so arrogant and give us the feeling that we can`t afford their cars which is funny, they are not a luxury brand. Don`t get me wrong, Honda is a good brand but the people working there does not represent this brand very well. Horrible customer service

I love My Honda but will never go to Don Carlton Honda to buy another. I had used them before and was very happy but the customer service I received when purchasing my new CRV was the worst imaginable. The car is great but the salesman lied, the manager made promises he didn`t even try to keep, calls were not returned, my name on the title was incorrect and the dealers tag was not correctly mounted so that has caused... view more issues. I wouldn`t even give this dealership one star if possible. Buy a Honda but go elsewhere to do so.
