Truly exceptional experience!

Like many people, I don`t really look forward to the ""car buying process"". However, Nancy and BMW of Tulsa did a fantastic job of focusing on the real needs of the customer...from explaining the features of a particular car, to the opportunity for an extended test drive, too quick and painless paperwork. It was a truly exceptional experience. This was my third BMW and the second from BMW of Tulsa; it won`t be my la... view morest. Thank you.
