My sister told me about skyyline and told me how awesome they were when she had her car repaired after it had been hit with hail. A few weeks ago, I went to the store and when I got out,it had hailed and there were dents all over my car. I called Skyyline and they got me a rental car. Let me start off by saying that the experience I had with Skyyline and their staff will be hard to match by any of their competitors. My truck was finally hit by a hail storm while I was at work and I had to watch helplessly as pea sized, then dimes, then nickels and then quarter sized hail riddled my brand new truck! So after making a call to the insurance company I started my search for a repair shop. Being a resid... view moreent of Oklahoma I know too well that good paintless dent repair (PDR) shops are few and far between so what do you do? You look at the reviews. And I was very skeptical when I saw that Skyyline had a flawless track record. So I figured it would be a good place to start. I call their office number and get a message.. I thought to myself "well that`s just peachy" and down the list I went. Before I could make the next call Barry Titus calls me back and apologizes about the missed call, turns out he has all the missed calls at his office fowarded to his cell phone. Barry is the president/CEO and works along side his employees to boot (very comendable in my book). He starts off by apologizing for the missed call and that his company`s number one goal is customer satisfaction. So I took the truck to the shop. As he is making the estimates he also educates me in the process of PDR. Apart from his duties as president/CEO of the company he is also a master tech with loads of experience and passes along his knowledge. At this point I was commited to Skyyline. I wasn`t able to leave my truck that day because I didn`t have a rental car, so he went ahead and set me up with a rental the following day and a referral to his insurance agent (which also saved me about $79 a month on my cars and homeowners insurance! WOW!) Talk about going above and beyond. My insurance company wanted to replace my hood and cut off the roof of the truck to save time and cost, Skyyline advised me not to go that route because my truck would never be the same after that. Skyyline had my truck for 13 days only because they did it the right way, without any shortcuts. My truck looks like it did when I drove it off the lot the first time and the amazing thing is, they didn`t replace a single part. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone I come across.

I went in recently to get some hail damage repaired on my car. The owner, Barry, not only fixed all of the dents, but he also pointed out where some past hail damage repairs (performed by a different body shop) had not been done properly because you could see cracks in the paint where the dents were. Please do research on our company. Our company has been registered with the state of Oklahoma since 2005. Biggest shock ever

Had a guy approach me about the hail damage on my truck he told me that his company offered home pick up and delivery and would save my deductible up to. $500.00 I was highly skeptical. But being a half broke college student I could afford the deductible so I gave them a try. 6 days later they returned my car as promised returned my rental car for me and it didn`t cost me a dime out of pocket. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Both mine and my girlfriends vehicles were hit in the recent hail storm in Norman. Skyyline was highly recommended to us by several business partners of mine. When I called them, they were very polite and acted with a real sense of urgency when it came to assisting us. The company helped us with all of our insurance questions and even waved our deductible! It only took them several days to complete the needed work and I was absolutely amazed at the finished product. Both my girlfriend and I both looked like we had bran new vehicles! I really like the fact that this is a locally owned company as well. If you have dents or hail damage on your car take it to Skyyline Dent & Hail Repair. They picked up my car, fixed it in a few days, & brought it back to me looing like it did the day before the storm.
