This place is a joke

We bought a vehicle from this location and also bought the "warranty" after having the vehicle for less than a week we realized the front end was bad called them and they gave us the run around....then we found out the "manager" which sold us the vehicle was calling people around our homw town to brag about ripping us off! We have had the about two months and it has been in the shop 3 times everyt... view moreime the "warranty" hasnt covered a thing...This place will rip you off selling you a piece of crap vehicle a useless warranty and then have "managers" that act like your best friend while your there then call people just to talk about how they ripped you off..... bad business bad people bad experience.......

I purchased a gar through Norris and I was given the run around from the time they received my money. I got the car after a hail storm and the windshield was cracked. They promised and put in the work order for it to be fixed. 6 MONTHS, 25 PHONE CALLS, and 6 CALLS to the main guy later, they gave me the number to some guy who looked more like a construction worker (had paint all over him and stunk to high heaven) th... view morean he did an auto glass guy which took me another 25 PHONE CALLS to to get him to show up where he ask me to be. ON TOP OF IT ALL, THE WINDSHIELD LEAKS!!!!! I will NEVER do business with these people again. Not to mention, Thank GOD I made them put a warranty on the car because the engine had to be replaced 8 months after I got it. In summary, LAZY EMPLOYEES and they use TERRIBLE people/companies they contract with.

This company lies and to make sure you read your paper work thoroughly. They will rush you into signing something and not give you time to read it. They ended up charging us over $2000 dollars more then what they said they were charging us. If there is one type of person in this world that I cannot stand it is a liar!!!! They said that they would fix a problem on the car for us and now they are saying that they can`t... view more fix it! I would take my money elsewhere if I were you!!!! Buying experience

These were some of the best people I have ever dealt with. Very small town type people. It was a true one on one kind of deal. They help with my financing through the bank and got me 2%. Great people.

They treated me like a human instead of a dumb woman who didn`t know anything!!! The staff was so helpful! I was in and out in about an hour and a half driving a car that i actually wanted with a monthly payment I can afford!! They also got me financed through a bank when i didn`t think that was even possible!! Thanks Norris Auto! You guys rock!

MOST HELPFUL

I had the best buying experience at Norris auto sales, that i have ever had. Usually at car lots u get a lot of run around. The always play that car lot game with you. At Norris`s they didnt do that. They truely tried to sell me what I wanted, at a good price. They also help me find the best rate out there. It wasnt even threw them. It was a local credit union. Great people...Great place...
