Do NOT use this company. They are overpriced, sneaky and rude. They waited until they got my car on the towtruck before giving me paperwork saying that if my inusrance didnt pay them I was responsible. Also they charged 150 dollars for a ONE mile tow. they did not have any equipment to jump my car which was all I needed. Also the secretary is the nastiest woman I have ever talked to. She was not sypathetic at all and... view more had no business being in customer service. She would not wait an hour for me to get my insurance company on the phone to pay them and charged my card instead causing an overdraft in my acount (and all this the day before christmas eve. What an evil company. Also their truck was falling apart and did not have working seatbelts and the guy was on his phone with his girlfriend the whole time he was driving!

gh auto sucks

Everyone be careful with these people they have no idea what they are doing and they will rip you off. They over charge for both repair and towing, and if they inpound your car they drive them around witch from my understanding is against the law. I give this place no stars and would suggest this place to no one.

be very careful with this business ,, they do not charge the price the quote you . I used the wrecker service and bought tires from them .THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CHECK as it says in thier ad ,it is hard to have the correct amount of cash when his prices are higher everytime you ask . I was told he would charge my battery ,, he didn`t ... he did put my new tires on ,....but didn`t put my spare tire back he left it in th... view moree back seat .....he quoted prices and when why it was higher he told me he could charge what ever he wanted too. He told me he didn`t answer calls from roadside assistance companies because they didn`t pay enough , he did answer the call from the highway patrol so he was free to charge what he wanted . The only thing he did do was when he didn`t have the tire I needed he did get me to the airport. I would never never suggest this company to anyone in a good way the only reason I give this bussines one star is because you can`t give zero stars
