Huge hail hit my brand new tru...

Huge hail hit my brand new truck! i was weak! I was referred to the guys at One Touch hail repair by my insurance agent and they said come in for an estimate. I came to there shop and was surprised how professional they where compared to some of the others on the city. The owner came out and looked at my truck and said i did have alot of damage and that i should file my claim first and let my ins. co. look at it and ... view morehe said that it had approximately $5200 worth of damage. I got it looked at and came back to bring it in and they dropped me back off at home, which was great! I cam back 5 days later and it was a huge surprise how awesome it looked. They took every single dent out and replaced my windshield all at once and i could not be happier. I`m telling all my friends! Thank you guys!!!!

Thank you guys for fitting me ...

Thank you guys for fitting me in after you where supposed to already be gone for the day! Everyone is so nice here and made me feel like a real VIP. They stayed late on saturday to fix a dent in my new jaguar that some bozo hit with a shopping cart. Fast service and good quality people. Great job and service. HIghly recomended!!! A++++++

Anyone that needs dent work do...

Anyone that needs dent work done should seriously check these guys out. Had a dent in my silverado that was &quot;too big&quot; i thought for PDR and my research lead me to One Touch and man i`m glad I went. I had a rock fly up and hit my...

I had a rock fly up and hit my windshield and put a big crack in it. My friend refered me to One Touch PDR and said that they replaced his windshield on his bmw that was broken in a large hail storm. I thought, ill give them a shot. They came out side and greeted me and looked at the glass and said no problem and then James the owner spotted a couple door dings that i didnt even know was there. I was so impressed that I have brought back 4 vehicles to have the door dings and some minor paint work done. Great job and super nice people. Wayne Allen.

All i can say is WOW! my caddilac escalade had been hailed on last year and i just kept putting off getting it fixed because i travel so much. I ran into a gentleman driving through our neighborhood and he was a salesman for One Touch pdr and gave me his information and told me to go by the business he works for and let them take a look at it. I picked it up and thought how did they get all of theses dents out! Looked awesome and they even repaired a small scratch that was on my door at no cost to me. Take your hail damaged vehicle here. I had had probably the best experience with James at One Touch hail repair. My car was destroyed driving through Texas and i was just mortified. I called my girlfriend and told her what happened and she said she had taken her car to this company on west reno by her work and could not have been happier.
