NEVER GO TO THE CAR MART ON TOWNSEN!!! THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY HARD TO WORK WITH. MY WIFE BOUGHT A 2000 CAVALIER CONVERTIBLE FOR 7900.00 IT WAS IN THE SHOP 5 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR 1200.00 THE TERM. AFTER ALL THE REPAIRS ON THIS 86,000 MILE CAR IT JUMP TIME. THEY WANT TO CHARGE HER TO FIX IT AGAIN AND THE COST WAS OVER 2000.00 AND SHE ONLY OWES 1800. WE SAID PUT HER A DIFFERENT CAR. The managers and sales reps ar...

The managers and sales reps are great. They helped us out a lot. Especially Michael. But after running into a little trouble after our daughter was born, the account rep we had was rude and unhelpful. We had never missed a payment and still she gave us trouble. Then acted like she cared.
