This place is a joke!! I bought a car from the years and years ago had it paid off in 1 1/2 years. I went back and wanted to get another vehicle drove it home for 3 days and took it back because antifreeze and water was leaking into the oil (pretty bad right) well they took it back no problem. I never even made a payment on it because i didnt have it long enough!! Now this was back in 07 its now 2013 and it is still ... view morean "open auto" on my credit report and so i called them and they said they turned it over to their lawyers. So tell me why it says on my credit report that my payments were made on time and i still owe 7500 on it... There was only 2000 paid on it in 6 years and I havent even had the vehicle!! Sounds kinda fishy to me!

They are friendly, very helpful. They made it very easy to get into a new car. I got a 2011 car for a reasonable monthly payment, with an affordable down payment. I definitely recommend coming here for your car

You end up paying 3-4 times what the car is worth

I went in with bad credit like everyone else, this doesn`t mean I want to get screwed. They said I qualified for $442 a month on 3 cars, one of them was a 2005 Pontiac G6. The G6 only Blue Books for $6300 but at their terms of 48 months that makes the car price over $21000! That`s over $15000 in interest and mark ups and over 3 times its value! I came in looking for a new car, but was afraid of rejection due to some past credit problems. Rob was super helpful and friendly; my experience was quick, and I am leaving today with a gorgeous Dodge Charger which is in excellent condition. Exactly what i was looking for! Very poor customer relations!! So i just purchased a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and with all the weather tragedies that occurred in OKLahoma my car was totaled. Of course it was covered in the insurance policy but now i just got informed from The Key that i was a payment pass due and that i had a payment coming up too! This after the car was totaled and after i explained my situation to them. They were careless an... view mored informed me that until they had their money from the insurance they needed my biweekly payment or i would be sued!! The worst part is that the process could take up to a month! This is not what they advertise>>CARS.LOANS.LIFE.<< If you are in the market for a vehicle i suggest you to find a different dealership.

Horrible place to buy a car. I was looking for a vehicle, when I said I could to afford their terms, the salesman said, "try it. If you find you can`t afford this car, bring it back within 60 days and we will take it back." I brought it back and the same man said,"We are not going to take it back!" It is a great place to buy a car from. The staff is very friendly and are very helpful, same with the service department! If I have problems, the staff works with me to get them solved. Overall, I have nothing but good to say about my experiences with Key Finance. I will buy all of my vehicles from Key, here on out.
