I have been a loyal customer of Kwik Kar in Normal for almost 4 years now. I went in for routine maintenance and oil changes regularly. When I last got my oil changed they told me my brake pedal was low and I should have it checked. When I took it in later, they quoted me $958.17 in repairs. I later took it to a local repair shop that had been in business for 28 years and received excellent reviews online. The... view morey told me after inspection that my brakes were in perfect functioning order and that my rotors looked next to new and were without rust. I have to wonder how many people have taken their word for it and did not get a second opinion like I did.

terrible

I took my car there after having it die on me. They seemed nice and got the car fixed, or so I thought. A little less than a year later I was having trouble with my car and took it to a different mechanic. They told me it was the same issue that kwik kar had claimed to fix. I called kwik kar who said that part was no longer under warranty which was the first lie seeing as the part had a three year warranty. After the... view morey realized this they claimed they would fix it so I took my car to them only to be told they would look at it but they didn`t Think there would be any problem with that part and so they were probably going to charge me. So I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was gone but would call me. Well he did call me, at 6 when they were closing! Long story short they did not fix my car ever though the part was under waranty and had terrible service, worst I have ever dealt with. If you actually want your car fixed take it somewhere else!

horrible service

I always got my oil changed here, then I made the mistake of leting them atempt to repair my car. Their mechanics DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They striped threads on my car and made it worse! I will not go back

Fast, Friendly Service

We normally use our dealer to change our oil. As we were driving by headed to our dealer, my wife asked why we didn`t use Kwik Kar. We decided to use Kwik Kar to change the oil in our Jeep Liberty. They finished the job and had us on our way in less than 15 minutes. Our dealer normally takes two hours to change the oil. If you`re in a hurry, give them a try!

Willing to work with you

On my previous trip to Kwik Kar Norman, I encountered some problems with leaving with a leaky oil pan. When I was able to get in on Monday, the manager helped rectify the situation, and I have been happily leak free for 4 months. I appreciate their professionalism and attention. Thanks!

Honest, friendly service

I went to Kwik Kar on the recommendation of a friend, and now I recommend them to all of my friends for any type of service, be it routine maintenance to a major overhaul. I went in for about $1,000 of work that took three days, and they gave me a quote that beat my dealership by a mile, gave me a NICE loaner for the three days, and were generally just really friendly and upfront about everything.
