This place is completely unreal! First they tell me I cant buy a certain car without $100 more so they push an 03 SUV on me and I cave. That night my headlight is out! Then next day check engine light when I take it in they called me a liar. So 2 months later the truck is running so bad I had to take it to them. They kept it a week while I paid $700 for a rental. They refused that it was their fault bc I didn`t notice it when I drove off; hell I was so happy not to pay for a rental any longer and my truck payment! Needless to say.... I ABSOLUTELY BEG YOU NEVER TO GO THERE EVER!!!!!!! I`m turning them into the BBB and calling the news channel.

BAD BAD BAD BAD PLACE!!!

Nothing but lies, deceit and problems from this car lot I`ve been in a struggle for a full year now with them, trying to have them fix my car that I bought from them, which never worked since day one! Then they wanna tell me that they won`t do anything but give me 1000.00 off the principle of my loan and that`s it! Oh hell no!!! Thieves

I have had to put my car in the shop more than 4 times in the first year of having it. They do not fix it like they say they will. They really try to manipulate people with bad credit and its not right. They should be severely punished for this atrocity.

Terrible Customer Service

I do not recommend buying a car from this dealer. They take advantage of people in a bad credit situation and way over priced me for a vehicle. Their customer service sucks. The times I have gone in to make a payment, they are extremely unprofessional, loud, and un-business like. I don`t know how they have stayed in business. Worst car dealership EVER.....

This is the worst company u can recieve a car from. About 2 years ago i went up there and got a car pretty nice I THOUGHT. Anyway it was a 04 for 12,000 dollars i thought it was worth it. Come to find out the blue book value of this car was 4,000 dollars..... Meaning i paid 3x the actual cost of the car. The only way i found this out is because i totaled my car n i had full coverage insurance but not GAP insurance...... view more. Meaning i dont get anything also meaning im out of a car this is wat gets me now im not saying im perfect but the whole time my car was being fixed before we knew it was totaled the gave me a LOANER car to drive while i was waiting... One night i was driving n the tire caught flat the police just happened to see it n pulled me over but im driving a loaner car so it doesnt have insurance so they impound the car n take me to jail but wen i got out i paid to get the car out an everything they got the checks for the totaled car and the money for the impounded car.. Me tho i didnt get nothing because the car was totlaed its up to them to want to give u another vehicle n they didnt give me one... I`m stuck with a 7,000 debt that i still was paying for the totlaed car no new car no nothing.. Them tho the got over on me big time like its unreal.. They are the worst when it comes to selling cars they led me on for a months telling me i would get a anew a car an now they just said SCREW me n quit answering my phone calls.. Please do not go here!!!! They rip you off and the warranty is a sham, nothing gets fixed. I have had my car for about two months and its in the shop every other week. When you complain to them they act like you owe them. Just don`t go here.
