This place has got to be a jok...

This place has got to be a joke. The worst wash i have ever had. my 3 yr old son could do a better job. Not only was my car still dirty after i came out of the wash, but the guy cleaning it didn`t clean my windows and didn`t even wipe down the windows. This place used to be a great place before it was sold a few years back. never will i go here again.

I wanted to get my seats shamp...

I wanted to get my seats shampooed. They weren`t dirty (no spots, liquids ever spilled, etc.). I just wanted the normal dust accumulation of a 6 year old car to get cleaned and get a fresh smell. Mediocre cleaning, no dry vacuum prior to wet (some dust particles and lint are still present where seams are). Shampoo smells like cheap outside car wash detergent. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the employee ... view moredid not know how to respond. On another occasion employees told me how they cleaned some sticky asphalt spots on car`s exterior, pretty much begging for a tip. Ugly practice. I tip without being reminded. Bottom line - if you have a dirty, filthy car - that is your place - you will be impressed. If you are an affluent individual who has no time for that, just do it, You can also buy a new car when it gets dirty enough anyway. f you care about your car don`t get it shampooed there. You could do a better job yourself. Good exercise too. Now that I think about it, my car is clean because I have never had it "cleaned" at places like that.

They do all the work!

You don`t wait very long for a really clean car. Waiting room could be improved but it`s not bad. Service with attention to detail. Reasonable prices.
