Our rear windshield got busted...

Our rear windshield got busted out on a Sunday, and the only place that would answer a phone call was Safelite. It was a 1-800 number, but they were friendly and helped me set up an appointment for the next morning. They even gave me a AAA discount! HOWEVER, because they were the only person I could get a hold of, I didn`t realize that there initial quote was almost $100 more than the other companies I would hear fro... view morem the next day. Even after the discount, it was $50 more. The guy I scheduled my appointment with assured me that my window would be `dark tinted` like my other windows. But after picking up the car, I saw that it was only a light green tint. The shop explained that they did not do tinting there and I would have to take it somewhere else and pay extra for that. They did not do anything to compensate me for this misinformation and I am going to have to just live with it. Though they were all nice employees, I will not be taking my vehicle here again.
