Sunnyside Audi terrible customer service
I bought a used 2006 TT with 21k miles in `09. Currently has ~58k. I have had it in the dealership over 20 times for the same two or three issues. Mainly, 15+ times for the check engine light. I have had the charcoal canister replaced 3 times and valves related several times as well. Now it needs a 4th. HQ says they`ll cover part if I pay labor. I disagree I should be paying anything at all. This part should not cont... view moreinue to go bad.
It`s a sad thing to buy such a car and get such service. We just traded in our A6 2 months ago, also purchased from Sunnyside, for a Honda Pilot. The TT is next. Those 5 series BMWs look lovely, no?!
Audi doesn`t care for their reputation and has demonstrated apathy for the quality of their parts and service. I`m not their wealthiest client, far from it. Likely why I am treated as I am. But I have friends in high places, and I`m telling them all!

Thumbs Down
I took my vehicle for an oil change. When I scheduled the appointment, they said that I could drive a loaner for free. When I got there, the guy I checked in with said they would only give me a loaner if my vehicle was originally purchased at that dealership. I told him who I spoke to and they decided to give me the loaner without charging me. They gave me a "free inspection." I drove home and almost go... view moret into an accident because my left signal no longer worked. I called the service manager and they said that they forgot to let me know when they went over the inspection results. I told him my signal was working fine beforehand. He said it was my word against theirs and they could not do anything about it unless I agreed to pay to get it fixed. He did admit that while they did an inspection, they could have knocked a wire loose.
