I`ve been dealing with Orr`s auto body since 1998, and I swear by them! I`ve had both of my BMW`s repaired for unfortunate damage caused by The BMW Store and then by myself....I`ve had two of my mom`s Porches and her BMW repaired there over years from my recommendation of how amazing of a job Orr`s Auto Body does. If you want your car fixed half-assed, take it somewhere else! I expect the best and Orr`s is the onl... view morey body shop that can take a car that you would never think couldn`t be repaired, Orr`s can take it and return it PERFECT! My M5, 540i Supersport, and my parents Porches 911 C4, 911 Targa and BMW 335i Sport have all been returned flawless! Orr`s is a quality body shop, and Dave Orr seems to be a straight forward guy. Jenny and Randy are top notch in my book. Orr`s may take awhile to fix your car, but that is because they are honestly doing it right! They don`t half-ass what they do. Orr`s takes each damaged part off your car, fixes or replaces it to OEM factory standards, if not better, and makes sure the car you brought to them is return in factory new condition. If they can`t fix your car or a month and a half, it is worth the wait! Your car comes back better than ever. Orr`s won`t skip a step on anything, they will replace everything that is damaged, and will try to give you a deal on things they believe will be beneficial to correct while they spot something out of place while working on your car (i.e. I had to have my front bumper and hood replaced and painted, but my left and right front finders weren`t damaged in the accident. Both finders had a great deal of rock dings and would have looked really bad with a freshly painted hood and new front bumper, they offered me of this and it was very clear how bad this would have looked. I have offered a great deal to pay out of pocket to have the left and right finders replaced while they were working on the car. The wait is worth the time! Poor customer service at Dave Orr`s body shop
In October of 2010 my car was involved in a two car collision and needed extensive repairs to the front end/hood etc. As my car is an import, mini cooper S, I sought the advice of BMW Cincinnati who sold me the car. Their recommendation was Orr`s body shop. The initial repair was good and I was happy up until December of last year, 2011, when I noticed one of the decals/pin stripe on the hood was pealing off. I con... view moretacted Orr`s and spoke to the receptionist who informed me I had to take the car down to the shop for them to assess the issue. As I was flying to the UK the following week for the holidays she suggested I wait until January to bring it in. In January of this year I called again and spoke to the same woman who told me I should just bring it down for the assessment which I did two weeks later on a Saturday morning. She informed me that she needed to call the decal technician but would get back to me. Since that time I have called and spoken to her four more times and every time she has a different excuse as to why she has not contacted the decal company to book the time for my car to be repaired. I no longer believe her and have come to understand that she never had any intention of addressing this and has lied to me from day one. I am extremely disappointed in her shoddy behavior and the poor customer service I have received from this company. Especially after the owner originally informed me that he always made good on his promise that all repairs performed by his staff were always covered, no termination date! To finally realize that this person has been stringing me along for nearly two months is humiliating and frustrating. If she had no intention of addressing this why on earth did she not say so! I wouldn`t have been happy but now am darn right angry that she had that little respect for me as an individual and a former customer. I say former because there will not be a next time!

wow took a week longer
i have taken my a4 to these people three times now. each time it has been longer than they told me. first time it was two weeks took them two and half. second time it was a month for a two week job. this time i had a scratch on one panel of my car. they took the car in on a monday said it would be ready next tuesday now they are saying their not sure if they can even fix it after a week and a half of having it down a... view moret their shop. completely ignorant and carless to others, have midterms this week and don`t have a car to drive there thanks to them messing up the estimates

Quality Repairs
I took my E39 M5 to Orr`s after an unfortunate encounter with a guardrail. I chose David Orr`s because it was BMW certified and it had an outstanding reputation. Once the repairs were done, the vehicle looked great! They thoroughly inspected the car with me looking at every detail of the work. I am confident with the repairs and will certainly look to them again if I need any work in the future.

Aamazing job on a 911 Turbo - very satisfied
I just picked up my 911 from Dave Orr yesterday and it looks amazing. It is a 2001 996TT in excellent shape but someone hit the front bumper at a parking lot and it needed to be fixed. A friend that had his M3 repaired here recommended them to me and also the Porsche dealer said they are the best. I am glad to report they were both right. The people at Dave Orr handled all the negotiations with the insurance comp... view moreany which can sometimes be difficult with high end cars because of the high cost but they did it all. More importantly, the car looks amazing! I am very pleased and, while I hope I dont have to visit them soon I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a car that they care about.
