Called this shop to have exhaust installed on my 1995 pick up. Guy gave me a great price so I took the truck in, WOW what a mistake ! Day 1 -- I called the place toward the end of day 1 and he said he was waiting for the pipe to be delivered and wouldn`t be able to get it done today.. Day 2 I called around 10 30 am and was told about 1.5 hrs more to complete the job..I waited to 5 30 pm and no word from the shop ... view moreso I went to the shop to see my truck on the lift 3 people under my truck and all the exhaust on the floor.I confronted the owner who developed a serious attitude,so I returned the attitude and ask for my truck back....1 of the guys under my truck came out and said they had the exhaust on once but it was all wrong so they had to cut it off and start over, BE WARNED THIS IS A CLASSICAL SHADE TREE SHOP WHO HAS NO CLUE HOW TO PREFORM REPAIR WORK. THE OWNER IS A REAL JACKASS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A SHOP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

Attention...anyone who appreciates good customer service

In todays market, where clerks grunt , instead of talking with customers, I truly have found a diamond in the rough. Thinking I needed a new exhaust system, I went online to find the closest dealer. Called Bob at one of the major installers, and he obviously was"" way"" too busy to listen to my questions and concerns. Needless to say, that ruled him and his company out right then. My next call was to His & Hers... view more on Laskey. I spoke with Jason, who really listened to me and my situation. Even though the drive was almost 30 minutes from my home, I figured dealing with them was worth it. They proved me right. As it turned out, there was just a minor problem with the car, and they fixed it at a very minimal charge. Another technician there, asked if he could put my front license plate on, as it was too difficult for me to do. He didn`t have to be asked or paid, he just did it becasue it needed to be done. That is real customer service. Those of us over a certain age can remember a time when good customer service meant something. Obviously these guys know the importance of it, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

GREAT WORK! I GOT MY CAR IN RIGHT AWAY AND THEY HAD IT FIXED AND BACK TO ME IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I AM VERY PLEASED. THEY TOOK ME OUT TO SHOW ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND THE STAFF IS VERY PERSONABLE!
