From the many great reviews on Ebay, I decided to purchase a car from 1st Class Imports LLC. I purchased a 2008 BMW 535xi. When I got the car, it looked like there were swirl marks on the paint job, but I didn`t think much of it. However, my system displayed a message saying that my fog lights are malfunctioning. Not a problem since the car is still under warranty. I took the car to a dealership and they said th... view moreey cannot cover it since it appeared that there was an impact underneath the car rather than the fog lights being defective. They also pointed out to me that the car has been in an accident from the front to the rear. I called Alina to discuss and she said she has no idea that the car has been in an accident (doubtful). I took it to 2 different delaerships and a body shop and they all confirmed that the car has been in an accident. This accident did not appear on the Car Fax report either so be careful. I believe that these guys buy cars at auctions and fix them up to sell. The original description said no dings or dents, but there were. They also said that the tires were in good condition, but they weren`t. Two of them were defective when I got them and I had to buy 2 new ones (one went flat while I was driving on the highway). The manual was included with the car, but was not for my car. It was for a 3 series... I was skeptical at first when I saw that the price was a couple thousands lower than average and now I know why. It took me hundreds of emails and phone calls over 6 months period trying to resolve my issues (she`ll stop replying and answering her calls unless you use a different number). On the plus side, Alina did do half of the things she said she was going to do. I believe I gave her sufficient time, but in the end she did not come through. Don`t make the same mistake I did and purchase your vehicle elsewhere (read the first review). You`ll be glad you did.
