for someone who doesn`t know much about cars, Cleveland Pick a Part was very, very helpful. Most dealerships and garages just talk like Im supposed to know whats wrong. The people there helped me step by step and gave me a good, honest price. Highly recommend this place for automotive needs!

POOR QUALITY PARTS/ BAD ATTITUDE

I orderd a part online. The discription was not what I recieved. The part was in very poor condition and the price I paid was that of excelent quality. When contacted they gave me a very bad attitude. After several e-mails they said they would take the part back with me paying shipping and a 25% re stock fee. STAY AWAY FROM CLEVELAND PICK A PART

Horrible Experience

So I saw that they were selling not one but three different rear axles that I wanted for upgrading my firebird. Instead of doing the transfer through ebay, I decided to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back to pick up the part myself, so I could see it before I bought it. On the ebay site, it says that they inspect all their parts previous to posting on ebay. I called on a friday to make sure the rearends had been ins... view morepected . The guy said yes. I told him I`d be there monday and that it would take me over 3 hours to get there to pick it up. He said the rear axle was ready to go. However, when I arrived monday, they said I had to wait 2 and a half hours so they could pull and inspect the part. I was already mad that I had been lied to and drove 3 hours to get there. Then, they came back telling me that none of the parts passed inspection and that I was sol for having driven 3 hours and waited almost 2 hours and had a 3 hour drive back. I couldn`t believe they are actually posting these ""bad"" parts on ebay. They were very rude and the ladies answering the phones while I was waiting there were extremely rude to the costomers. One very old man came in to pick up a part that they told him over the phone was in good condition, and when he got there, they had told him that it was actually bent and warped. I felt so bad for the old man, which made me even angrier. Who knows how far he drove to find out he was lied to too. Don`t deal with these guys and don`t listen to their lies. Biggest waste of my day and gas money. Will never deal with these people again, even if they are the only ones in the world that has the part I need.
