RIP OFF

I bought 2 used tires for $70 the next day I went to have them put on (for a much cheaper price then they would do) the tire was sliced and you couldnt tell until air ws put in it. The shop I went to called them and All Seasons said they would give me another and put it on with balance and alignment for free. 2 hours later when I went there to replace the tire they had one just laying outside with a note on it.
