I went to Lucky`s and asked about the first review(HORRIBLE). They explained the situation. I was comfortable with the explainaition.

The quote for the repairs was reasonable and accurate. I already knew what was wrong and they didn`t tack on any `extras`. Service was a clutch job and transmission swap. They were completed 5 days ahead of time.

I was very satisfied.

My son took his car in to get looked at for a leak. No one mentioned there would be a cost. When he went to pick it up they wanted $40. My son said no one said there would be a charge. Some guy comes out and starts yelling at my son to the the ""F"" out. My son said a few words back to the guy and left. His aunt picked him up and the guy started yelling at her with profanity as well. I will never go there agai... view moren and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know the same. You do not treat people this way. It was very ignorant for him to behave this way in front of a child. My son is only 16 and has always been a respectful young man and did not deserve to be talked to in this way nor did his aunt.

The staff at Lucky`s is wonderful and they are very reasonably priced. We have a beater car and they have worked on it three times now for all different things. They know what they are looking for when I tell them the sounds it is making and always call before making the repair to give a price and get the final ok. Great place I would reccomend it to anyone.

My wife and I have been taking our vechicles (cars and a van) for years. A church friend who was the used car manager at the time rrecommended Lucky`s to us. We`ve been very happy with the service. We used another place once. It reminded me of how Pre-Lucky`s repairs used to be. The Non-Lucky`s repair ended up with more problems and bleeding money to get it right.
