Unbelievably RUDE!! I was in ...

Unbelievably RUDE!! I was in a good mood when I called to ask a question because my insurance company told me to go to them for my repair, but I wasn`t sure which department I needed. I started to describe the issue and the receptionist condescendingly said "you need the service department, but he`s on the phone right now. Call back in ten minutes *click*" She HUNG UP on me before I could even get out t... view morehe word "ok", which was going to be followed by a "thank you". A receptionist that hangs up on people? She doesn`t deserve her job. Then, I called back later, only to find out she didn`t tell me the right department to begin with.... so I get transferred to the body shop. I prefaced my question by stating that I had my car damaged, needed some work and was inquiring on how long it would take because I need a car rental while mine was in the shop. Before I could even say what the work to be done was, the $^@%* on the other end says with an attitude, "Well that`s a very unfair question. I don`t even know what`s wrong with your car[...]" He was less of a &^%$ after he shut up long enough for me to continue where I left off to describe what the issue was, but too little too late. Thanks to their "stellar" service, I will NEVER take a car there and I advise you do the same. People this condescending and rude don`t deserve your money.

Great experience

I went to Bob Gillingham just to take a look at the new 2012 Focus. The salesman let me drive one and didn`t force me to talk about payment or try to push me into a sale. He asked me alot of questions about my vehicle preferences, and only made suggestions as to what he felt would be the best options for me. Best Ford Customer Service in Cleveland Ohio

I really liked all the knowledgeable sales people, and they are not too pushy about trying to sell you a car. They ask lots of questions about features you`re looking for, ideal monthly payment, purpose for your vehicle. I was very impressed that Bob Gillingham and Rob Gillingham were both available on site for further questions and answers. Excellent Selection and Helpful Staff

I`m on a tight budget, so when I visited Bob Gillingham Ford online, I was happy to see a great selection of cars under $10,000. I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, was pleased that they didn`t try to pressure me into a sale. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I`m very happy with it.

Loved This Dealership!

I can`t believe how many new Ford trucks and cars they have at Bob Gillingham Ford. They have such a wide variety, I had a hard time deciding which vehicle to test drive.

Great Experience At This Dealership

The sales associates are very helpful and know everything there is to know about Ford trucks and cars. I asked a million questions and they seem to have great answers for all of them. They genuinely cared that I got the right car for me.
