I think Classic Toyota is by far the best dealership I have ever been to, and I`ve been to a few. I bring my vehicle in for service and I am always greeted with a smile and feel as though my opinions and issues truly matter. I live in Jefferson, and although there is a Toyota dealership out that way I drive to Mentor to come to Classic Toyota instead and feel it is well worth the drive. Stay away!!!

Bought a "Certified" Toyota Corolla with 30,400 miles from these people. 4 days later the brakes were grinding. Plus a few days of heavy rain and the back window seal leaked a pool of water onto the floor. Brought the car back to them...took them a week to fix it. Drove the car home and 2 days later the brakes were grinding again. Didn`t even bother going back to Classic..not worth the trouble and head... view moreaches. Had the brakes fixed properly by an honest local mechanic. These people are nothing but thieves and liars. Do NOT buy a car from ANY Classic dealer...you WILL regret it!!!!

Stay Away!!!!!!

Bought a ""Certified"" Toyota Corolla with 30,400 miles from Classic.
""Certified"" means the car is supposed to go through a ""rigorous"" 161-point inspection.
Well, 4 days after I bought the car, the brakes were making a horrible grinding noise.
A few days of heavy rains and there was a large pool of water on the floor from a faulty window seal.
Brought the car back...took them a week to repair it.
D... view morerove the car for 2 days and the brakes started grinding again.
Didn`t even bother bringing it back to Classic...not worth the trouble and headaches.
Took the car to an honest local mechanic who properly fixed the brakes.
Do not buy ANY car from ANY Classic dealer...you WILL regret it!!!!!!!!!
