Terrible service and nasty attitudes.

Customer Service? Thorough Work? Any type of business ethics? ~NOT HERE!!~ My wife took our Ford Explorer in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed to go ok, until she pulled out and hit the road and the hood flew up with our children in the vehicle. Thankfully she was able to safely stop without incident. The real trouble started after returned to speak with the staff about their error, t... view morehey denied any error on their part and attempted to outwit my wife with "shop talk" not knowing she`s a certified mechanic herself. After running in circles with them, the owner was called and he thought it was all a huge joke and laughed at my wife. He eventually claimed he would reprimand the employee who had made the error but refused to do anything more. After further investigation we learned that they claim to go through a "service checklist" but upon our own personal inspection I found they`d hadn`t done half the items list and even left the radiator cap off! It`s pretty clear these people are not reliable, they DO NOT back up their work, and they attempt to belittle and outwit their customers. We`ll never do business with these people again and I would suggest you stay away too!

the owner/boss jeff ciminilo has no respect for his workers. i was fired for being sick with an abscessed tooth. another was fired for passing out due to jeff cutting the kid on accident not getting him medical attention. he makes his employees use compression fittings on brake lines, highly dangerous, and illegal in many states. as well as putting used and incorrect oil filters on vehicles. all a detailing service c... view moreonsist of is spraying the whole car down with windex and making the carpets wet so they look &quot;shampooed&quot; wax is also only applied to the areas that can be seen on a vehicle. he also charges customers extra time on their vehicles when being repaired. a job that actually took us one hour he would charge them for three to five hours. just a heads up to any one who thinks about using them as an oil change center or thinks about working there. sincerly a former employee.
