Best Dealer Alternative

You guys are doing an excellent job. Your break-down, analysis, and inspection of my current M3 was very impressive. The same goes for the M5. Whereas the dealer gave me the run-around and refused to actually troubleshoot and diagnose the problems, you guys are open-minded, willing to work with the owner, and actually get to the root cause of the real problems. Not explaining how part X that is unrelated is brok... view moree, and that they "can`t diagnose the other problems until part X that is unrelated is replaced." Enough with my rant. The point is you guys are quite the opposite and a great find in the automotive world. You are true enthusiasts with a great business model and thorough work. Best dealer alternative around!!!

If your BMW is out of warranty, take it to these guys! Seriously, they only deal with BMWs so they know the cars better than anyone I`ve ever found, they are more than reasonable with their prices, and to beat all...they actually care. They have a nice selection of cars that are actually for sale, and they do service work too. If I`m not mistaken, they charge ""actual time"" instead of ""book time"", and their lab... view moreor rate was $80/hr. Try to get the dealer to charge that! All I know, is the work was done quick, done less expensive than I planned, and they washed my car free of charge when it was done. Excellent find! Highly recommended.
