Excellent Fast Service

I`ve had other repair shops that left me with more repairs after they were finished than before they started. Mr. Tire`s worked on 3 of my vehicles plus several family members & we were all thrilled. Prices are lower than other shops by at least 10%. They`ve never exceeded any estimates and the cars were always done on time. My one car had badly rusted brake lines. The new parts were outrageous - almost $800... view more EACH! Instead Mr. Tire techs created hand-made new brake lines. These had to wend their way in/out of several other parts (who knows why manufacturers build these weird systems?) but when they got done I had a complete new set of brake lines for less than $450.00 out the door! Not one single repair has ever had to go back and the cars are always ready when promised. I highly recommend this facility. I`ve also bought their tires for all our cars [Hyundai tires-like all their factory original parts - are seriously expensive since they only use top shelf parts in order to be able to offer that 10 yr warranty. You can`t substitute just anything & continue to keep your super smooth ride]. Mr. Tire had the high tech tires almost 50% cheaper than the dealer tires & met/exceeded Hyundai specs.

Terrible Auto Service

I needed a few simple repairs to my 1998 supercharged bonneville recently. EASY repairs. If I had heat in my garage, I would have done the repairs myself. I needed an AC belt replaced and a thermostat replaced. Something a trained monkey could do. I dropped my car off at 4pm, went back to pick up my car the next day. After arguing for several minutes with the lowly mechanic, i demanded to talk to a manager. Turns ou... view moret that the manager was the pushover standing behind the mechanic listening to him mouth off to me. The mechanic argued that GM put the wrong parts on my car. It needed a different part than they put on it. He must specialize in supercharged engines right?!?!?! OF COURSE!!! THATS WHY HE WORKS AT MR. TIRE!!! DUH, me and GM are SOoOOOOOO stupid!!! Why arent WE working at Mr tire, if we know so much!! Lol
ANYWAYS, So the guy rudely stomps off without ANY solution, or even finishing our conversation, and I argue with the manager, until he tells me the car is done, but they`re not going to warantee ANY of their own WORK... OR the parts!!

Okay, so next he tells me that my bill is something like $380, when he quoted me 250 INCLUDING TAX. I stood arguing with him to get the origional price that i was qouted, and finally got close to what i was told it would be. Almost $290.

So THEN, the ""mechanic"" and i put the quote because these guys are a JOKE!

So THEN, the ""mechanic"" tells me that I have a fuel leak on top of my motor, and my rear air struts, that I JUST had replaced are ""doing something wierd""..lol

I go out and get in my car and head to work (WAY LATE BTW), to find that they had put about 100 pounds of air pressure in my struts. I stopped as soon as I could and let some of the air out of the struts, but apperantly it was too late. They were leaking badly.

AS IF THIS WASNT ENOUGH, I went to the OTHER location in North olmsted, and told their Manager what happened, and recieved NO help. They told me the mechanic did nothing to my car and it was broken in the first place. SO MUCH FOR THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT.. hahahah HAAA HAha ha aH Aah... eh well small price to pay to know that MR. Tire, and all of its local employees are SH*^%BAGS, and they know D!CK about cars. They know exactly as much as their $9.95 AUTO SERVICE computer program that they got off Ebay tells them.

A $25 Fix that I was willing to pay Mr. Tire in Middleburg Heights, Ohio $250 to do. And now after paying them about $290, Its going to cost me around $1800 for struts, fuel system work, alignment, maybe tires on my rear wheels, since the rear wheel wells are pretty much dragging on the tires..
