Auto Battery Quote
I Recently went Firestone to get a quote for a new battery. I checked the web site first, then made a personal visit. The service dealer tried to quote me different battery price and wanted to charge $45.00 to install battery in my car. My car is a 2009 Chevy Impala. I showed service dealer the quote from web site that was considerably cheaper. The Installation would only be $14.95. That was the second time I delt w... view moreith this company.
The first time I went earlier this year to get my battery tested and get readout. I then requested a quote for new battery. I specifically requested they show me the readout of my current battery before I decided to purchase a new one. Next thing I know, the service dealer showed me a bill for a new battery that they decided to go a head and install. When I asked to see the reading from the old battery, they admited they never tested it. I requested they test the battery and show me the read out. They tested, and told me the original batter still had life and that I did not really need a new battery at that time.
