We used AAA and they sent K&M....

We used AAA and they sent K&M. The driver was flustered when he picked us up but I can`t blame him when AAA did not give him the correct directions I provided. We were on a dangerous curve on the 480W ramp coming off 77N under the 2nd bridge (direction I gave to AAA). This driver desperately looked for us and found us just when I was speaking to AAA to check on our pick up. When speaking to AAA they gave the... view more driver 480W and Granger which was incorrect. I don`t even know how AAA gave him "Granger". The driver moved us first into the cab to make sure we were off the road before he started working. Once he got into the cab and on our way is when he told us the directions he was given were incorrect. Again, I thought this very professional of him. I read a couple of comments on this company and sure the truck has some miles on it and the driver wasnt in a fancy service outfit but he DID A TERRIFIC JOB! Thanks K&M Towing!

inbred unqualified low budget operation

I called AAA for a tow, driver in rust bucket truck arrives two hours after promised time. When I voiced my concerns over being stranded in a not so nice neighborhood, he told me I should have bought a nicer vehicle so as to avoid breaking down in the first place. Really? After climbing into the dirtiest tow truck I have ever seen in my life, and momentarily speaking with the driver, l was reminded of the movi... view moree deliverance, and convinced myself that if I heard banjos playing I would jump out of the window. I was worried about some type of small animal clawing my legs from under the driver seat, possibly a raccoon or possum that was meant to be taken home as some type of roadkill stew that was not dead yet. If there was a chance of AIDS or Cancer being airborne, it was inside of this tow truck. AAA being so large and reputable, has to resort to using this company as its service provider, needs to rethink it`s organization.

Rude and impossible to talk to

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. We are AAA members and needed a tow. AAA forwarded us to these jokers and we called them for a tow from home to a garage. Being on a tight budget we Googled the shortest distance to the garage. When the driver arrived, we showed him the map and requested he take us that route. Abandoned by tow truck operator

Called roadside assistance at 7:15AM promised tow by K & M to dealership in 45 miinutes - 1 hour. After two additional calls to tow company, driver shows up 2hours after original call. Me with less-than-happy-demeanor approached car and tow truck. Driver rolls down his window: Him: What`s wrong? Me: It won`t start. Him: Why are you being rude to me? Just looking to make money

We were visiting the Cleveland area. This company apparently sits in parking lots waiting to tow you if don`t know all the proper places to park. We walked around the block to find something. We were gone less than 5 minutes cause the jerk driver was pulling out of the lot with my car. He wouldn`t stop just yelled out the window "you shouldn`t have parked here". Scam artists

Like other reviewers below: car towed from Market Street Square plaza on St. Patrick`s Day. Some merchants said large signs in center of lot had been removed day before. $120 cash payment only to reclaim car. Plaza owner & towing evidently in cahoots as they were having a field day on March 17. Poor image for Ohio City!

if you had your car towed from the lot on w25th guess who`s fault it was ? YOURS i don`t know how you are able to drive a car when you don`t know how to read , there are signs all over the place! i have used there service many times and they have always been very helpful and fast . thanks guys keep up the good work

These guys are criminals!

I called to get my brand new car towed which was sightly stuck on a lawn. The driver connected cables under my car and pulled the vehicle destroying the front end. If that wasn`t bad enough, he backed into my vehicle and totally smashed it. All in all he caused $2500 in damages and tried denying in was his fault. He left taking some of our tools. DON`T USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS

These guys work in cahoots with a lot owner & prey on unsuspecting visitors to the market. I was away from my car for 5 minutes & saw a sign advising me not to park in the lot across the street. By the time I walked back to move my car, K&M had already towed. Like the previous reviewer, I was taken to a lot, where the driver insisted on $110 cash, which I had to get from an ATM in a very unsafe location. These guys run a scam, beware!

The towed my car today from a lot accross from the West Side Market along with other peoples. Apperently they pray on and scam unsuspecting visitors to the area to make a buck! I had to ride with the truck driver to a dirt lot were my car was locked up. The driver insisted on $110 cash, I was stranded, he sent me accross the street to an ATM I felt was unsafe, but I had no choice (well, I should have called the cops... view more instead).
