I took a bumper in to get pain...

I took a bumper in to get painted on a Saturday. I was quoted 99.00 dollars over the phone and when I got to the shop they told me it was 127.00. I explained to them that I was quoted 99.00 dollars.. they said it was a mistake. The start of this transaction was shaky to say the least. When I went to pick up the bumper on a Monday it was surprised to see the base coat was covered in raises dirt spots. It l... view moreooked like they had sprayed my bumper outside. Actually, I`m thinking that they had a car in the clean booth and sprayed my bumper in the shop to save time. I complained about this issues and the owner/manager said they would fix it. I returned the next day to see that the bumper looked even worst then before. By fixing the bumper they wet sanded the dust out, but left behind the primer on the bottom of the base coat. Now, instead of raised portions there were dark spots everywhere. I again complained that this was unacceptable and the own/manager said that I got what I paid for. Well.. I paid to have someone paint my bumper with out dirt underneath the base coat. Not only was I insulted at this shop, but was also told that they didn`t want to lose any money on this bumper. I left with my bumper As-is... This customer service was a nightmare. I would never recommend going to this shop to anyone and have contact the BBB about this issue.

bumper repair & paint

This shop in Powell is a new location for MAACO. They have a very nice shop & clean show room & very outgoing sales staff and they were easy to deal with. I got my front & rear bumper painted last week and it was finished in just 1 day. The paint match was perfect and I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting work done on their car.
