Great Service!

My company worked with Safety Auto Glass and arranged to have my windshield replaced at MY convenience. SAG was very friendly and very accommodating. The technician called me as promised to arrange to meet me at my apartment complex. I live on the shore of Lake Erie. The date was December 3rd. It was a bitterly cold day with a strong wind blowing off the lake. The tech was relieved to hear that I had a garage t... view moreo work in. However when he arrived he commented the garage was too dark to do a quality job. Unfortunately there were no electrical outlets for better lighting. He voluntarily took the job outside into the bitter cold wind so that he could guarantee a replacement that would not leak. He was so cold he was shaking, but he told me the windshield wouldn`t leak and it doesn`t. He could have taken the easy way out and I probably would never have known. However he went the extra mile to do what he believed was right. I will always call Safety Auto Glass for any windshield work that I have. Further, I have 4 adult kids that I will make certain call SAG for any repairs they may require.

Locally Owned Business Providing Superior Service

I was concerned that my chip would spread. My insurance company has a no deductible option for chip repairs. I contacted Safety Auto Glass via the form on their website and provided all the necessary information. The staff worked with my agent to get the repair approved. They followed up with me to set up a convenient time for the repair. The repair specialist called me when he was on this way.
