Poor customer service. Mike needs to work on promises he doesn`t come through on. Alan in the shop needs to go back to truck bed building school, very shotty work. This dealership refuses to do warranty work when vehicle is in warranty period. Debbie needs to practice phone skills and not hang up on a customer who has spent over $30,000. Buyer beware!
