Very bad experience, poor customer service. Not friendly at all. Another person with similar repair got it done at 20% of the cost that I paid. Very unfair. Very Bad customer service. Will not go to this dealership again in future for any type of repair or service. Will share this bad experience with my friends/families and recommend them not to go to this dealership. the service department is very respectable and helpful. i love coming here, they give great discounts on services, and let me know what`s reccomended for my honda. i wouldn`t trust any other dealership with serving my car!

2nd time Customer

Just purchased a Civic Hybrid from this location because my mother has an Accord EX and has had great service. As always, do you home work before hand when buying a car. They were not high pressure, in fact quite the opposite. They took the time to let me drive the new Accords, gasoline Civics, and gas/electric Civic. I went on a total of (4) test drives over 2 days and they never pushed me toward a sale, in fact, wh... view moreen i came back the car that i had wanted (civic hybrid base) was sold but they had a new fully loaded civic hybrid that they gave to me for $1,000 more (Leather & Nav)($2,500 savings on a HIGH demand car). My mother kept telling me about the $10 oil changes. It makes going to the dealer for service much more affordable.
